SHIPMENTS AND RETURNS

1. SHIPPING COSTS/h2>

The amount of these costs is set by the transport company used by Teialamp. They can be viewed at the time of payment processing, just before confirming the order.

Shipments to the European Union: Certified shipments up to 5 KG will have a cost of 16 EUROS.

2. DELIVERY

Once the order has been placed, the delivery time is between 3 and 7 working days for Spain from the time of the order’s confirmation email and between 8 and 15 working days for international shipments from the order’s confirmation email (except in periods of special promotions, see below).

ATTENTION: Due to BLACK FRIDAY, it is possible that orders may take a little longer to be processed. Please note that orders placed between 15/11 and 30/11 may take up to 6 working days to be processed. Thank you for your understanding.

Likewise, local, regional and national public holidays must be taken into account, as they are non-working days and the deadlines are increased by 24 hours.

In the event of unavailability of any item/s of your order, Teialamp will inform the Purchaser of the new delivery period, indicating the possibility of reimbursement of the amounts paid for the specific item/s, or of replacement by a good of similar characteristics of superior or the same quality, at the Purchaser’s choice.

In the latter case, the Buyer may exercise the rights of withdrawal and termination under the terms applicable to the goods initially purchased.

The products will be sent with the delivery note. In order to optimise delivery, Teialamp would be grateful if the Purchaser could indicate an address to which the order can be delivered during normal working hours.

Teialamp only works with specialised courier and transport companies, in the event of absence, the courier will come by a second time to ensure that the order is delivered within the established deadline. If this is not possible, the courier will contact the Buyer via the telephone number provided.

Once your order has left Teialamp’s warehouse, it is in the hands of the transport company. Therefore Teialamp does not control the order. If you have any questions and your package has already left our warehouse, please contact the transport company GLS directly.

The Buyer is responsible for the truthfulness and correctness of his address details provided. In the event that there is an error in the address (in whole or in part) and a second shipment is required, the Buyer shall be responsible for the shipping costs that may be incurred.

3. WARRANTY AND CLAIMS

All products offered are original products of the brand, with factory warranty certificate and in principle free of defects.

In the event of any defect or lack of conformity, the consumer can choose between repair or replacement of the product concerned, unless the latter is impossible or disproportionate. Teialamp is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery. It is presumed that the lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery already existed when the item was delivered, after the two years have elapsed it will be up to the consumer to prove that the lack of conformity existed at the time of delivery of the good.

 

4. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS OR WRONG DELIVERIES

In the event that the product is returned due to lack of conformity (defective products or incorrect shipments), the user will have the right to opt either for a refund of the amount paid or for the restitution of the product for another of identical characteristics. In such cases it will be Teialamp who will be responsible for the cost of shipping or returning the product.

However,

  • In the case of return due to incorrect delivery, the product must be delivered with the packaging in perfect condition, the product and its accessories must be in perfect condition, and the product must be packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transport, the latter being responsible for any possible damage during transport. Teialamp will not accept the return of the product when it is unsealed or shows obvious signs of use.
  • In the event of a defective product, the user will try to deliver the product in the best possible condition.

The refund will be made according to the form in which the user had initially paid for the purchase and provided that the above requirements are met, and the amount may be paid by the delivery of a discount voucher redeemable in the online shop itself, at the choice of the Buyer.

The refund period shall be that established by the regulations in force.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Article 103 e) of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users, the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which have been unsealed after delivery cannot be withdrawn, which means that once the product has been opened, it cannot be returned. Furthermore, in accordance with Article 103(d), goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly may not be withdrawn.

In the event that the product has not been unsealed or in the case of other products that do not fall under the exception of article 103 d) and e) of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, according to the law you have a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the products, to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify the reasons or pay penalties except for shipping costs, as long as you have the consideration of Consumer and User.

All items must be returned in identical conditions to those in which they were delivered, with all their packaging and accessories, provided that this allows all the checks and manipulations necessary to determine the characteristics and functionality of the products to be carried out. The Buyer shall be liable for any reduction in the value of the articles when he has carried out any handling other than that necessary to establish the characteristics and functioning of the products he has purchased.

The returned product must be accompanied by a photocopy of the delivery note.

Once we receive the goods in our warehouse, and after checking the condition of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount in accordance with the method of payment made by the Buyer. The return costs will not be refunded in any case.

The additional cost of the return handling fees will be paid by the user prior to the return, provided that it was returned by a means other than the one indicated by Teialamp.

The Buyer may also inform Teialamp of his wish to withdraw by means of the form provided below:
